About The Position

RS&H is seeking a dynamic Aviation Division Leader to drive innovation and growth across its South-Central Division, encompassing Texas and surrounding states. This leadership role involves shaping the future of aviation in a rapidly growing region, building teams, forging client relationships, and delivering transformative solutions. The position offers the opportunity to set strategic direction, lead business development, recruit and mentor talent, and influence at the highest levels within the company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience within aviation infrastructure development
  • Established client relationships/marketing and business development experience
  • Strong supervisory skills and record of leading multiple/multi-discipline teams
  • Excellent organization and motivation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to travel across the Division to existing/potential Airport Clients
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License with a good driving record

Responsibilities

  • Own the Division’s sales strategy and performance, including market expansion, geographical and revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute business plans that position RS&H as a top-tier aviation consultant.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and partners, ensuring excellence in project delivery.
  • Collaborate with regional and national leadership to achieve ambitious financial and operational goals.
  • Provide strategic direction for the Aviation team and align with RS&H’s national resources and initiatives.
  • Lead business development efforts, expand market share, and identify new opportunities for top-line growth.
  • Recruit top talent, develop future leaders, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  • Work directly with senior leadership and play a key role in shaping the South-Central Division’s success.
