About The Position

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is seeking an Aviation Team Lead to supervise a team of aircraft-related personnel. This role involves working under general direction, defining objectives, identifying skill needs, and developing subordinates' competencies. The Team Lead will review and file daily production records, provide in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, delegate tasks, and assist management with workflow impacts and planning. Responsibilities also include submitting shift schedule or manpower changes, providing information to technicians on operations and safety, assisting with production and material planning, coordinating with Production Control for parts and equipment, issuing incident/safety reports, and ensuring compliance with company standards for tool control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety, and delivery. The role also requires promoting a positive tone, high standards for customer service, and a safety-first workplace. Flexibility regarding shift changes and TDY is essential, along with other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 10+ years’ experience in aviation maintenance.
  • Experience in accordance with military standards and specifications and ULLS-A notebook.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • A&P/FCC certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of aircraft-related personnel.

  • Review, complete, and file daily production records and data.
  • Provide in-depth knowledge of aircraft systems and serve as a resource for others.
  • Delegate tasks within the work unit.
  • Assist manager in assessing workflow impacts and develop plans accordingly.
  • Submit any changes in shift schedules or manpower needs to the manager.
  • Provide information to technicians for daily operations, procedure updates, and safety regulations.
  • Assist with production and material planning.
  • Work with Production Control to coordinate delivery and reception of parts and equipment.
  • Responsible for issuing incident, safety, or other reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards for tool control, waste reduction, quality, OSHA, safety, and complete and on-time delivery.
  • Promote a positive tone and high standards for customer service.
  • Promote a safety First workplace.
  • Must be flexible (shift changes, TDY, etc.).
