The typical path: Lead AV Technician → Field Supervisor → Associate Project Manager The Lead AV Technician is responsible for executing permanent AV installations on time, on spec, and to the standard SCS clients expect. You will lead on-site crews, manage materials, coordinate with Project Managers, and deliver clear field reporting on every job. This role requires someone who can work with their hands and lead a team - the bigger the crew, the more you’re running it.
