Requirements

Working knowledge of products from manufacturers like Savant, Lutron, Crestron, Sonos, Control 4 and Universal Remote.
Outstanding diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new skills in the A/V field.
A professional attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in installing high-fidelity (HiFi) audio equipment.
A track record of successful integration and installation support.
Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Installing and servicing a range of hardware equipment, including but not limited to TVs, speakers, video extenders, and amplifiers.
Skilled installation and maintenance of shades.
Providing stellar integration installation support to our clients.
Utilizing your excellent diagnostic skills to solve technical issues.
Continually learning and mastering new skills in the evolving A/V landscape.
