Responsibilities
- Perform sanitation of the simple syrup tank and filter according to the procedure.
- Perform the assembly of the pre-coat for the simple syrup filter according to the procedure.
- Perform the emptying of sugar for simple syrup preparations according to the procedure.
- Perform the sweeping of the simple syrup filter according to the procedure.
- Perform the cleaning of the wet area and dry area, according to the weekly cleaning checklist.
- Support in the activities of the area when required by your supervisor.
- Be part of the Continuous Improvement team and participate in the team's activities.
- Comply with applicable requirements regarding BHM in the work area.
- Contribute to the necessary activities of the Continuous Improvement team to fulfill the transversal nature of the team to ensure a correct flow of activities required within the Management System on the Floor (SGGP).
