Requirements

Responsibilities
- Daily loading of sales and pre-sale information to mobile devices correctly and effectively.
- Stamping of over-sale and advance invoices, necessary for delivery to corresponding sellers.
- Printing, classification, and delivery of necessary paperwork to sellers so they can perform their work in the market.
- Support in the execution of daily progress reports.
- Execute the processes corresponding to information loading and printing of planned and unplanned route recharges.
- Follow up on incidents of equipment under repair.
- Maintain updated inventory of mobile equipment and printers delivered to sales and pre-sale figures.
- Provide support with water recharges to fellow "Agua Ciel" delivery personnel.
- Receive equipment (handheld, printer, replacement batteries), reprinting of modified delivery notes.
- Execute the settlement of pre-sale routes to generate orders in SAP System.
- Initiate the funding process for pre-sale routes and subsequently send the information to the warehouse for planning.
- Correction of master route problems in orders that prevent planning from advancing, as requested by the warehouse.
- Verify that the equipment is complete and check that it is charging while warehouse colleagues confirm that the routes have been successfully planned. Leave everything prepared for the next shift.
- Support with printing barcodes with customer data (customer code, route, customer name); this support has no specific schedule.
- Contribute to Coca-Cola's quality system by complying with Policies, Norms, and Procedures of the work area regarding safety, hygiene, environmental care, and quality, as established by the Company.
- Comply with applicable requirements regarding BHM in the Work Area.
