About The Position

Jim Hudson Cadillac is seeking experienced Transmission Technicians to join their booming service team to meet customer demand. The ideal candidates will have a great attitude and work ethic and be ready to earn significant income. Jim Hudson Automotive Group is a family-owned, multi-franchise dealer group serving the greater Columbia area since 1980, with a strong foundation in customer service.

Requirements

• Professional attitude and appearance required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Automotive Technician experience preferred
• Resume must be uploaded, and online assessment completed for immediate consideration.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
• Must pass background check and drug screening prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• OEM dealership experience and/or certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair transmission systems in various vehicles
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on transmissions
• Install new transmission components and systems
• Test and adjust transmissions to ensure proper operation
• Performing factory recalls and customer satisfaction programs
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Meet the dealership's standards for repair order production
