About The Position

Pomp’s Tire Service is seeking a Tire Technician to help keep vehicles rolling safely. The role involves servicing passenger-vehicle tires, assessing customer needs, inspecting vehicles for additional maintenance or repair needs, and maintaining an organized work area and equipment. Requirements

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to read and verify work order information.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and replace tires on passenger vehicles.
• Assess and troubleshoot customer tire needs to provide effective solutions.
• Inspect vehicles for additional maintenance or repair needs.
• Perform tire rotations, balancing, and repairs as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure proper upkeep of tools and equipment.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager to support operations.
