About The Position
Flow Honda of Winston Salem is seeking an automotive technician with previous experience or an interest in participating in our paid apprenticeship programs. Flow is looking for driven and dedicated individuals who are excited about the opportunity to join a growing company. Pay is commensurate with skill level and we offer sign-on bonuses based on experience and qualifications, along with an excellent benefit package. Candidates who are certified to perform Virginia State Inspections are strongly preferred. Flow provides ongoing training and future career opportunities to those willing to contribute the effort and time. We prefer to promote from within our company and will help you reach your potential. We will train anyone new to the industry, including onsite training, manufacturer instruction, and other technical training as needed. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision. Attention to detail is a must, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience or an interest in participating in paid apprenticeship programs.
- Reliable transportation with a good driving record.
- Willingness to learn and improve.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be reliable and show up to work on time.
- Must be a good driver with a clean driving record.
- Must be drug-free and pass a drug screening upon offer of employment.
Nice To Haves
