About The Position

Flow Honda of Statesville is seeking an Automotive Sales Assistant to deliver a world-class customer experience. The role includes helping customers understand their vehicle, preparing vehicles for delivery, and completing related sales and dealership tasks. Flow provides ongoing training and future career opportunities to employees willing to contribute the effort and time. The pay rate is $17 per hour. When not assisting customers, the Sales Assistant helps maintain the lot and work areas, photographs inventory for online merchandising, stocks customer lounges, keeps supplies and paperwork available, maintains manufacturer training, completes dealer trade drives, and assists with other assigned tasks. Responsibilities

Be a product knowledge champion.
Prepare vehicles for delivery, including gas, detailing, and accessories.
Provide a thorough vehicle delivery and explain vehicle features to customers.
Help customers set up accounts in HondaLink and Flow Garage.
Communicate clearly and appropriately with customers and managers.
Help transfer customers’ items to their new car.
Offer to reconnect with customers to explain vehicle features further.
Assist with entering customers’ trade-in vehicles into inventory.
Conduct offsite deliveries if requested by the customer.
Keep the lot straight and presentable.
Take inventory pictures for website merchandising.
Straighten work areas, stock customer lounges, and maintain general cleanliness.
Equip work areas and desks with necessary supplies and paperwork.
Maintain manufacturer training.
Complete dealer trade drives.
Assist with necessary tasks as assigned.
