About The Position
Flow Honda of Statesville is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to work as Automotive Sales Consultants. Candidates from any sales industry are welcome, and prior automotive sales experience is not required. The company provides paid, intensive sales training led by industry trainers and offers future career opportunities, with a preference for promoting from within. Vehicles are sold using a value-based, no-haggle pricing system. The position offers a $40,000 base salary plus unlimited commission opportunities, a five-day workweek, and a benefits package. A valid driver’s license is required, and applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
