Automotive Technician - Audi Owings Mills
About The Position
Audi Owings Mills is seeking skilled Automotive Technicians to work at its luxury automotive dealership in Owings Mills, Maryland. The role is open to experienced Audi Master Technicians as well as technicians transitioning from other automotive brands. The dealership offers a climate-controlled shop, premium equipment, steady repair opportunities, experienced leadership, and opportunities for career advancement. Technicians diagnose and repair vehicles, perform maintenance and factory-recommended services, and work with service advisors and the parts department. The position includes opportunities for paid Audi factory training and EV certification. Compensation is flat-rate with performance bonus opportunities and depends on experience and qualifications. Listed hourly rates are $50–$60 for Master Technicians and $30–$40 for entry-level or non-Audi technicians, with annual earning potential of $120,000 or more. The posting also advertises a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 and relocation assistance of up to $20,000.
Requirements
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.

- A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications and/or automotive technical school training are preferred.
- Audi or European automotive experience is a plus but is not required.
