Automotive Technician - Audi Owings Mills
About The Position
Audi Owings Mills is hiring skilled Automotive Technicians for its luxury dealership in Owings Mills, Maryland. The role is open to experienced Audi Master Technicians as well as technicians transitioning from other automotive brands. Technicians diagnose and repair vehicles, perform maintenance and factory-recommended services, and work with service advisors and the parts department to provide quality workmanship and customer service. The dealership offers factory Audi training and EV certification opportunities, premium diagnostic equipment, a climate-controlled shop, and potential for career advancement. Compensation is flat-rate with performance bonus opportunities and varies by experience and qualifications: $50–$60 per hour for Master Technicians and $30–$40 per hour for entry-level or non-Audi technicians. The posting notes annual earning potential of $120,000 or more, a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, and relocation assistance of up to $20,000.
Requirements
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities.
- Team-oriented attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certifications and/or automotive technical school training are preferred.
- Audi or European automotive experience is a plus but is not required.
