About The Position

Belle Tire is seeking an Automotive Technician to perform expert automotive repairs and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented retail service environment focused on safety and quality. The position involves repairs across multiple vehicle systems and maintaining Belle Tire’s quality and safety standards. The role is based in a tire and automotive service retail store. Work takes place in a fast-paced workshop, with varying hours Monday through Saturday. The position includes extended standing, bending, and lifting up to 75 pounds. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 per year. Belle Tire has over 180 locations and 3,000 employees across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver’s license.
State of Michigan Mechanic Certification, applicable in Michigan only.
At least 2 years of automotive repair or mechanic experience.
Customer-first mindset.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED.
ASE Certifications.

Responsibilities

Perform automotive repairs on engine, drivetrain and axles, suspension and steering, brakes, electrical systems, heating and air conditioning, and engine performance.
Ensure all work meets Belle Tire’s quality and safety standards.
Deliver exceptional customer service by exceeding customer expectations for quality and service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
