About The Position

Holman is hiring an Automotive Technician for Leith Toyota. The dealership is expanding within the next 1–2 years and is seeking entry-level technicians. Eligible new technician employees may receive a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, based on skill level. The position performs routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicle makes and models. Starting pay is $15–$20 per hour, with compensation based on job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location.

Requirements

At least 1 year of lube maintenance experience is desired.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Clean motor vehicle record (MVR) and willingness to undergo background requirements.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

At least 1 year of lube maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on all makes and models, including fluid flushes.
Mount and balance tires of all types.
Perform suspension repairs and alignments.
Replace brake pads and shoes and machine rotors.
