About The Position

Titus-Will Toyota is seeking motivated, career-oriented individuals to grow into certified automotive technicians. This entry-level position offers a defined pathway within the Titus-Will Automotive Group for those who enjoy working with their hands, solving problems, and learning new skills. We are willing to train the right candidate, and prior lube or maintenance technician experience is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Interest in growing into a certified automotive technician
• Ability to work Saturdays

Nice To Haves

• Lube or maintenance technician experience is helpful but not required
• Automotive, mechanical, or shop experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections
• Assist experienced technicians with vehicle diagnostics and repairs
• Road-test vehicles to verify repairs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow dealership safety and service procedures
