About The Position

The Quick Lane Technician performs assigned vehicle maintenance in accordance with dealership and factory standards. The role builds customer loyalty by developing trust and ensuring customers’ confidence in AutoNation to care for their vehicles’ safety and reliability. Technicians receive factory training, access to cutting-edge tools, and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes to ensure quality and safety.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record that can be maintained.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as an express or quick-lube technician is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance listed on repair orders efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate regularly with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to manage production and customer communication.
• Document work performed on each vehicle on the repair order.
• Keep current with factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive customer loyalty.
