The right candidate will have a service technician background with over 2 years of dealership experience. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing what repairs need to be done. Requirements

Minimum 2 years of automotive service technician experience at a car dealership required.
Proficiency in brakes, suspension, HVAC, and drivability diagnostics.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid U.S. driver’s license with a safe driving record.

Nice To Haves

Ford certification highly preferred.
ASE or other OEM certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform a broad range of vehicle repairs, including brakes, suspension, HVAC systems, and basic drivability concerns.
Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues with guidance from senior technicians.
Work with Service Advisors and the Parts Department to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Complete routine maintenance services, including fluid changes, alignments, and filter replacements.
Document repair work accurately on the Repair Order.
Continue ongoing training to advance technical skills and achieve Ford STST certifications.
