About The Position

Lovering Volvo Cars Concord is seeking an experienced Automotive Technician to join its growing service department in Concord, New Hampshire. The dealership offers a busy, year-round shop, an air-conditioned facility, workflow and parts support, ongoing training, and competitive earning potential of $75,000–$150,000+ based on experience, skill level, certifications, and production. Top technicians consistently flag 15 or more hours per day. The position is Monday through Friday; the service department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Technicians diagnose, repair, and maintain Volvo vehicles, completing work accurately and efficiently. Electrical and diagnostic responsibilities depend on experience level. The role involves communicating with service advisors, parts staff, and fellow technicians, maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction, and keeping a clean, professional, and safe workspace. Factory training, in-person education, and diagnostic development are available to support continued skills development. Experienced technicians from other automotive brands may be considered and helped to learn Volvo.

Requirements

• Previous professional automotive technician experience.
• Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Desire to produce hours and earn.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Diagnostic and electrical experience preferred.
• Volvo or European automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
