About The Position

Cadillac Marin is seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join their team in a luxury automotive environment. This role involves managing the complete A-to-Z purchasing experience for customers, including initial introduction, vehicle selection, demonstration, negotiation, financing, paperwork, and final delivery. The ideal candidate will understand automotive sales, relationship building, customer follow-up, closing deals, and delivering a professional buying experience.

Requirements

• Previous automotive dealership sales experience
• Experience selling new and/or used vehicles
• Experience handling showroom and internet customers
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills
• Experience conducting test drives and vehicle presentations
• Experience negotiating and closing vehicle sales
• Understanding of the automotive sales process from start to finish
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Availability to work evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

• Luxury automotive experience
• Experience with brands such as Cadillac, Lexus, Mercedes-Benz, BMW, Audi, Acura, Volvo, Infiniti, Genesis, Land Rover, or other premium/luxury brands
• Bilingual Spanish/English

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and creating a professional first impression
• Building strong customer relationships and establishing trust
• Identifying customer needs, preferences, and budget
• Presenting and demonstrating Cadillac vehicles
• Conducting professional test drives
• Explaining vehicle features, technology, options, and benefits
• Following up with internet, phone, and showroom customers
• Maintaining an active customer pipeline
• Negotiating and closing vehicle purchases
• Working with management to structure and finalize deals
• Presenting purchase and payment options
• Guiding customers through the financing process
• Working closely with Finance to ensure a smooth transaction
• Understanding automotive finance and insurance fundamentals
• Completing sales and finance paperwork accurately
• Coordinating the transaction from signed deal to final delivery
• Preparing customers for vehicle delivery
• Providing a professional luxury delivery experience
• Following up after the sale
• Generating repeat and referral business
• Building long-term relationships with your customer base
