About The Position
The Automotive Technician Trainee provides timely, accurate tire and automotive services in accordance with company policies and procedures. The role is intended to help the trainee gain the knowledge and experience needed to work independently as a successful automotive technician. This is a part-time position in Lionville, Exton, Pennsylvania.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable driving history, and access to reliable transportation.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to at least 50 pounds, often repetitively.
- Ability to adapt to severe climate variances.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally.
- Successfully complete pre-employment screenings.
Responsibilities
- Perform tire services, battery installations, oil changes, maintenance services, and multi-point vehicle inspections, noting existing vehicle conditions.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.
- Work with fellow associates as a team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the store Manager.
