About The Position
Modern Nissan of Burlington is hiring automotive service technicians across all experience levels as it builds its team under new ownership. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to a growing service department and develop a long-term career with Modern Automotive. The company values hard work, quality repairs, teamwork, and pride in one’s craft. Compensation is $20–$40+ per hour, depending on experience, skill level, qualifications, and Nissan certifications. Qualifying entry-level and general service technicians may earn $20+ per hour, while highly experienced Nissan Certified and Master Technicians may earn up to $40+ per hour. Requirements
- Candidates may be entry-level, maintenance, express service, or experienced automotive technicians.
- Experience with diagnostics, maintenance, and mechanical repairs is sought.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable team player who takes pride in their work.
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive shop environment.
Nice To Haves
- Nissan Certified Technician credentials.
- Nissan Master Technician credentials.
- Experience as an experienced general repair technician.
