Requirements

• 2–3+ years of hands-on automotive maintenance and repair experience.
• Ability to complete common mechanical repairs and scheduled maintenance independently.
• Working knowledge of diagnostic equipment, scan tools, and service information.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and a team-first attitude.
• Commitment to quality workmanship and continued technical development.

Nice To Haves

• ASE certifications are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle inspections and diagnose common mechanical concerns, seeking assistance with advanced diagnostics when needed.
• Complete maintenance and repairs, including brakes, steering and suspension, alignments, tire installation and repair, cooling systems, and fluid exchanges.
• Perform engine component repairs and air conditioning services within the technician’s skill level.
• Clearly document findings, completed repairs, and recommended services.
• Verify repair quality to ensure vehicles are safe and operating properly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
