About The Position

We are seeking an Apprentice Level Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Technician to join our team. This is an hourly and flat rate position with the potential to earn over six figures as a top-level technician. We offer a customizable apprentice development and training program based on your previous experience and schooling. Our facility is located in Wrightsville, Pennsylvania, and features a new service and parts facility with an air-conditioned shop, heated floors, and 25 stalls for only 8 technicians. We provide built-in toolboxes, a dedicated tool room, and state-of-the-art equipment including in-ground lifts, commercial above-ground lifts, a new Hunter revolution tire changer, and a new Hunter hammer head road force balancer. Each technician has a built-in computer, and bays are equipped with overhead reels and welding outlets.

Requirements

• Mechanical background in a professional environment
• Mechanical background in a technical high school or college level
• Automotive Graduate or 1+ years dealership experience
• Valid Drivers License
• PA State Inspections and Emissions License is required
