About The Position

DARCARS Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Tag and Title Clerk to join its accounting team in Silver Spring, Maryland. The role is suited to a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced work environment. The employee may also be assigned other duties and responsibilities at a supervisor’s request.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as an automotive Title Clerk is preferred.
• Active Notary Public certification is a plus.
• Experience with automotive accounting or Reynolds systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process tag work in a timely manner.
• Reconcile tag and title schedules.
• Understand deadlines and apply a sense of urgency to tasks.
• Communicate with the Accounting Manager to resolve issues.
• Follow other instructions and perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by a supervisor.
