Responsibilities

  • Greet showroom customers and provide a warm, professional welcome.
  • Determine the nature of each customer's visit and direct them appropriately.
  • Notify sales consultants when customers arrive.
  • Introduce customers to the appropriate sales or service team members.
  • Provide brochures, dealership information, and basic assistance to customers.
  • Answer general customer inquiries and route more detailed questions to the appropriate department.
  • Serve as the dealership's primary telephone operator.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and professionally.
  • Assist with clerical and administrative duties as needed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and dealership information.
  • Stock vehicles into CDK dealership management system.
  • Create and manage vehicle key tags.
  • Enter and maintain key inventory records.
  • Assist with dealership organization and operational support tasks.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at every interaction.
  • Help create a welcoming, customer-focused showroom environment.
