We are seeking an energetic, professional, and welcoming Receptionist to create a premium guest experience at Acura of Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Scheduling service appointments and managing client communication with efficiency.
  • Collaborating with Service Advisors to ensure seamless service experiences.
  • Making follow-up calls to confirm appointments and maintain our high standards of service excellence.
  • Acting as the vital link between clients and our Service Department.
