About The Position

The Receptionist at Team CDJR of Morganton serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office equipment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for staff members.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, distributing them to the correct recipients.
  • Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings and events, preparing necessary materials and refreshments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered by Team CDJR of Morganton.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient office operations and customer satisfaction.
