About The Position

Toyota of Santa Fe is seeking motivated, entry-level or early-career automotive technicians with a solid foundation in automotive repair. The role offers the opportunity to build skills and earn more, developing into highly productive flat-rate Toyota technicians. The dealership provides training, support, and mentorship for individuals with a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and pride in quality work. The shop is climate-controlled, state-of-the-art, and extremely busy, ensuring consistent workflow.

Requirements

1-3 years of automotive repair experience preferred (dealership experience is a plus but not required).
Automotive trade school graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic diagnostic and repair skills.
ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a desire to continue learning.
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Nice To Haves

Dealership experience is a plus but not required.
ASE certifications are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs according to Toyota standards.
Complete oil changes, tire services, brakes, inspections, and basic diagnostics.
Learn advanced diagnostic and repair procedures from experienced Toyota technicians.
Accurately document repairs and maintain quality workmanship.
Work efficiently while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
Participate in Toyota training and certification programs.
