About The Position

Hertrich Family of Dealerships is seeking an accomplished Automotive Service Manager to lead a service team across its dealership network in Delaware and Maryland’s Eastern Shore. Requirements

• 2–3 years of automotive service management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven success in high-volume service operations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to relocate to Delaware or Maryland’s Eastern Shore.

Nice To Haves

• College education preferred.
• DealerTrack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily service department operations.
• Drive customer satisfaction, CSI, and retention.
• Coach, train, and develop service advisors and technicians.
• Manage workflow, productivity, and repair order efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and service metrics.
• Ensure compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Build a positive, high-performance service culture.
