Requirements

• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word; dual screens a plus)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Schedule and confirm service appointments
• Communicate with customers via phone, online, and chat
• Follow up after service visits to ensure satisfaction
• Support service team efficiency and customer engagement
