About The Position
Brickell Buick GMC, part of Murgado Automotive Group, is hiring an experienced Automotive Service Advisor for its busy, high-volume GM dealership in Miami’s Brickell area. The Service Advisor is the primary point of contact for customers throughout the service experience, helping explain recommendations, obtain approvals, and contribute to department performance. The position offers performance-based earning potential and bonus opportunities, benefits, manufacturer and professional development training, and opportunities for advancement within Murgado Automotive Group. Requirements
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or Service Writer; dealership experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to explain technical issues simply and build trust.
- Comfort presenting and closing on recommended services and repairs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple repair orders.
- Solid computer and DMS/service software skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Professional appearance.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a welcoming first impression.
- Listen to customer concerns, document them accurately, and coordinate with technicians.
- Present findings and service recommendations in clear, customer-friendly language.
- Generate estimates and secure customer authorizations.
- Keep customers updated throughout the service process.
- Manage appointments and follow up on declined work.
- Deliver vehicles with a polished hand-off.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to strong CSI scores.
