About The Position

Brickell Buick GMC, part of Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a motivated apprentice to begin a career as an automotive technician. This entry-level opportunity provides hands-on, on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced technicians while working on Buick and GMC vehicles in a professional Miami dealership. Apprentices build skills in diagnostics, maintenance, and repair, with opportunities to pursue OEM certifications and advance toward a full Line Technician role within the dealership group.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Genuine interest in automotive technology and a strong desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with routine maintenance and repairs on Buick and GMC vehicles.
• Learn diagnostic techniques to identify vehicle issues.
• Perform basic services as experience grows, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Participate in structured on-the-job training to build technical skills and knowledge.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow safety protocols and dealership standards.
• Support the service team with additional tasks as needed.
