About The Position

Open Road Auto Group is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers visiting the service center, guiding them through the vehicle repair process and ensuring their needs are met. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless experience for customers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers, understand their service requirements, and provide a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Consult with customers to assess their vehicle's needs, provide service recommendations, and explain repair options.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for repairs and provide transparent quotes to customers.
  • Schedule service appointments and ensure efficient allocation of resources in the service department.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle repairs and address any questions or concerns.
  • Verify completed work meets high-quality standards and discuss the repairs with customers upon pickup.
  • Maintain accurate service records, including invoices and repair orders.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
