Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Previous automotive service advising experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

Greet customers promptly and professionally
Schedule service appointments and maintain communication throughout the repair process
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Prepare repair orders, estimates, and recommended services
Communicate inspection findings and repair recommendations to customers
Coordinate with technicians and monitor repair progress
Update customers regarding changes in timing, pricing, or additional repairs
Explain completed repairs and charges clearly
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
Keep the service drive and work area organized and professional
Perform additional duties as assigned
