About The Position

Five Star Chevy in Florence SC is hiring experienced Automotive Service Advisors/Service Writers. This role involves greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, including creating work orders, arranging bookings, communicating with technicians, providing estimates, and finalizing invoices. The position also includes performing other store duties as directed by management.

Requirements

Minimum 2 Years of Automotive Service Advisor Experience
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Ability to work Saturday’s when required
Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record

Nice To Haves

Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds Preferred

Responsibilities

Greeting and communicating with customers on all aspects of repair, such as creating work orders, arranging bookings and communicating them to the technicians, and providing estimates to the consumer and finalizing invoices.
Performing other store duties and functions as directed by management.
