Requirements
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair services
- Proficiency with dealership management software is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess vehicle service needs
- Schedule service appointments and manage workflow
- Prepare repair orders and explain recommended services
- Communicate repair updates and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient service delivery
- Review completed repairs and process customer payments
