Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Sales & Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them understand their vehicle needs, recommending solutions, and ensuring a smooth and professional service experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, sales, problem-solving, and working as part of a team. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Professional appearance
• Proven ability to work in a process-driven environment
• Possess valid driver's license
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and courteously in person and on the telephone using standardized customer service techniques.
• Listen to and thoroughly document customer concerns; inspect vehicles and refer to service history to accurately identify and verify service needs.
• Recommend services based on knowledge and communicate additional recommendations from technicians to customers for informed decision-making.
• Properly document all recommendations in customer files.
• Promote the sales of appropriate services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating an understanding of the product and associated service requirements.
• Provide customers with accurate quotes including cost and time of completion for approved services.
• Provide customers with updates on the status of their services throughout the day.
• Follow proper procedures when cashing out customer tickets, including reviewing the completed multi-point inspection and explaining applicable warranties.
• Conduct post-repair and declined services follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track all new returns, core returns, and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
