About The Position
Subaru of Chicago is hiring a Service Advisor to join a fast-growing service department with more than 2000 repair orders per month and the largest Subaru customer base in the Midwest. We are looking for proven advisors at the top of their game who are ready for a better opportunity. If you are currently producing, take pride in customer service, and want to be part of a high-performing team with real growth potential, we want to talk to you! This is not a slow store with limited opportunity. Subaru of Chicago has 26 technicians, 40 bays, more than 2000 repair orders per month, and growing!
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service
- A strong sales process and track record of performance
- A team first attitude
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Professionalism, urgency, and follow through
Nice To Haves
- Subaru experience is a plus
- Tekion experience is a plus
