Requirements
- Service advisor experience preferred
- Positive attitude required
- Sales experience is a plus
- CSI-focused
- Must be capable of smiling while hearing the phrase, "Can you knock a little off the price?"
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers before they can say, "I only need one quick thing."
- Translating customer concerns into technician English.
- Explaining that "a weird noise" is not an official manufacturer fault code.
- Recommending maintenance before the vehicle begins communicating exclusively through warning lights.
- Writing estimates.
- Tracking vehicle progress while simultaneously answering phones, emails, texts, and existential questions.
- Updating customers.
- Explaining repair invoices.
- Maintaining professionalism when someone says, "But YouTube said it would cost $12."
