About The Position

Larson Volkswagen of Tacoma is seeking a Service Advisor for a busy, established service department with strong customer retention and consistent workflow. This is a performance-driven advisory role where success depends on CSI performance, communication quality, and accurate service recommendations—not just volume. The role offers an annual earning potential of $61,000 – $100,000, based on CSI and performance. The commission pay structure is tied to RO parts/labor and CSI tier, with potential earnings of 4.75% of RO parts & labor (CSI below zone), 5.25% (CSI above zone), and 5.5% (Top 10% CSI). The position provides consistent service volume, a repeat customer base, experienced technician and leadership support, and opportunities for advancement into senior advisor or service management roles.

Requirements

  • Prior Service Advisor or Service Writer experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to maintain CSI performance standards
  • Strong understanding of dealership service workflow
  • Comfortable presenting service recommendations confidently
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Consistent communication with customers
  • Strong follow-up habits
  • Accuracy in repair order writing
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority customers daily
  • Provide above average Customer Service.
  • Automotive dealership experience preferred, but not necessary.
  • Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations.
