About The Position

Burns Honda, a trusted name in South Jersey since 1973 and South Jersey's #1 Honda store, is seeking an experienced Service Advisor for their main shop. The ideal candidate will take pride in helping customers, communicate clearly, and understand the responsibility of being the face of the service department. This role operates in an environment with high expectations, strong support, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Requirements

  • Prior service advisor experience
  • Strong customer experience skills
  • Clear communication in person, by phone, and through text and email
  • Consistent and timely follow-up
  • Professional presence in a fast-paced environment
  • Respect for process, accuracy, and accountability
  • Ability to multitask without losing composure
  • Positive attitude and proven work ethic
  • Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through their service visit from arrival.
  • Greet customers with confidence, check them in accurately, review their concerns, and provide updates throughout the day.
  • Return all calls, texts, and emails promptly.
  • Work with technicians and track progress.
  • Ensure every customer feels valued, informed, and respected.
