About The Position

Requirements

• At least 3 years of dealership Service Advisor experience.
• Exemplary customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work in a high-volume environment and multitask.
• Valid driver's license.
• Time-management skills.
• Organized.

Nice To Haves

• CDJR experience is strongly preferred.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and interpret their needs for technicians.
• Use customer service and sales skills to drive sales.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for automotive service and repair matters.
• Understand customers' problems and arrange appropriate service.
• Prioritize required services and offer options.
• Set and manage service-delivery expectations for customers and technicians.
• Keep customers updated on repair needs and completion times.
