About The Position

Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is a trusted dealership committed to delivering outstanding customer service and high-quality automotive care. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. As a Service Advisor, you will be the liaison between our customers and the service department. Your role will be to ensure every customer has a seamless and professional experience, from scheduling service to the completion of work. We're looking for someone who is results-driven and focused on delivering high CSI scores through exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
  • Proven ability to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings (CSI)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • GM (General Motors) experience is preferred
  • AutoMate and XTime software experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Understand customer concerns and accurately document service requests
  • Communicate with technicians and relay findings and recommendations to customers
  • Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs and maintenance
  • Promote additional services based on vehicle needs
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up on service satisfaction
  • Help maintain and improve high CSI scores
