About The Position
Hall Honda in Virginia Beach is seeking a Service Advisor/Service Writer to join their elite service team. As the busiest Honda dealership in the mid-Atlantic region, this is a rare opening with significant career advancement opportunities within Hall, a division of MileOne Autogroup. The role involves greeting customers, consulting on their vehicle service needs, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive service writing required
- Working knowledge of basic car functions, characteristics, and operations
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software, internet proficiency, and general mathematic skills
- Valid driver's license with 2 or fewer moving violations in the last 3 years and ALSO no major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 3 years

- CDK experience highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to include vehicle service care and manufacturer’s warranty specifications
- Schedule and manage service appointments and service estimates
- Address and resolve customer complaints
