You’ll help guide customers through the repair process, communicate recommendations clearly, and ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, professional under pressure, and motivated to help grow the service business.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Comfortable using computers and dealership software systems
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Ford, CDJR, Xtime or Dealertrack experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
  • Build and manage repair orders
  • Provide clear estimates, timelines, and repair recommendations
  • Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
  • Keep customers updated regularly on repair status
  • Review completed work for accuracy and quality
  • Assist with warranty documentation and approvals
  • Follow up with customers after service visits
  • Help maintain a positive, team-oriented service environment
