Responsibilities
- Greet customers and manage the flow of service appointments in the drive lane
- Serve as the liaison between customers and technicians, ensuring clear and accurate communication
- Deliver exceptional customer service through prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable interactions
- Maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) in line with company standards
- Answer technical questions related to vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs
- Efficiently assign and distribute repair orders to technicians
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle concerns and ordering parts as needed
- Oversee warranty claim submissions and help train and guide service department staff
- Ensure all work complies with dealership policies and industry regulations
- Foster strong relationships with manufacturers and team members
