About The Position

Nissan of Everett is looking for a Service Advisor to join their team. This is an on-site position in Everett, WA. The Service Advisor is responsible for beginning automotive services and repairs by understanding vehicle performance issues and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a service environment
  • Proven track record of achieving goals and meeting company standards
  • Outstanding communications skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethics
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Must be able to work Saturdays
  • Service Department: 2 years (Preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Determine customers primary concerns by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test and reviewing additional maintenance needs as needed
  • Prepare a repair order showing time, cost, and labor estimates for service that are fair, competitive, transparent price quotes with the customer while keeping the dealership's best interest in mind
  • Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
  • Work with customers on inspection results and recommend service procedures
