About The Position
Great Service Advisors know the difference between writing a repair order and building a customer relationship. At Infiniti of Tacoma, you’ll have the support, repair order volume, and team environment to maximize your earning potential. We are hiring an Automotive Service Advisor at Infiniti of Tacoma. While Infiniti of Tacoma provides support and training, previous automotive experience is required. Experience as an Express Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Technician is highly beneficial. This is a fast-paced, high-volume service environment with consistent repair order flow and strong technician support.
Requirements
- Provide above average Customer Service.
- Ability to properly handle potentially stressful situations.
- Friendly, courteous, professional with a "team player" attitude.
- Self-motivated to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to take direction well.
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Highly organized
- Previous automotive experience is required.
- Dealership or automotive experience strongly preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as an Express Service Advisor, Service Writer, or Technician is highly beneficial.
- Experience as an Express Advisor, Express Technician, Technician, Parts Advisor, or dealership employee looking to move into a customer-facing role is highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Write and manage repair orders accurately
- Review vehicle inspections, recommend maintenance and repairs, and communicate customer-pay and warranty needs.
- Communicate vehicle needs and updates to customers
- Coordinate between technicians and service customers
- Maintain follow-up throughout the repair process
- Ensure a smooth and professional service experience
