About The Position

Infiniti of Tacoma is seeking professionals for their Parts Department who take pride in their work and want to be part of something bigger. While some experience is helpful, it is not required as the company provides paid, hands-on training and opportunities for advancement within the Parts Department and throughout the dealership. The role involves assisting customers and service technicians, providing professional customer service, processing parts orders, maintaining inventory, and staying current on product information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer systems and software.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Nice To Haves

• Some experience is helpful, but not required
• Experienced in automotive parts or retail sales (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in a parts department or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and selecting the correct parts and accessories
• Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
• Process parts orders, verify part compatibility, and ensure timely fulfillment of customer and service department needs
• Maintain accurate inventory levels by receiving, stocking, organizing, and ordering parts as needed
• Stay current on Infiniti parts, accessories, manufacturer updates, and industry trends
• Collaborate with the Parts Manager, Service Department, and dealership team to support efficient daily operations
• Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and helping customers find the right solutions
